Conditions of Warranty

1) This warranty will be valid from the date of issuing the purchase bill, indicating the vendor’s commercial registration number and tax card number, duly attested (stamped) by the seller, showing clearly the date of purchase in addition to the product data.

2) The warranty card must be filled with the product data and must be attested by the seller.

3) The warranty is activated by registering the customer data and the product data through the call center.

4) Haier Electric Egypt LTD guarantees this product against all defects of manufacture, in case of normal use of the product.

5) The company or one of its authorized service centers will repair or replace any part of the product - free of charge - whenever it is found from the examination that it contains or resulted from a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

6) The warranty covers the expenses of spare parts, technical personnel, transportation of the technicians and the shipping of the product to the maintenance center for repair and return to the customer after the completion of the repair.

7) The Customer has the right to exchange the product with another product with the same specifications if the material defect is repeated more than twice in the first year.

8) Warranty does not include consumed parts and breakable parts (electric lights, remote, filters, handles, switches, etc.)
