Security Guard, with the elevator black box technology, provides real-time monitoring of the elevator status and alerts of abnormal operations. By taking preventative measures, Security Guard ensures the safety of passengers and reduces the failure rate. It combines the smart elevator platform and APP to achieve maintenance management, work order distribution, and rescue and tracking of trapped persons. In the meantime, the scenario integrates AI behavior algorithms, fall detection, lost items records, passenger counts, e-bike detection etc. Relevant information will be displayed on the smart screen in the elevator for a better and safer passenger experience.

The Smart Elevator scenario is an upgrade of traditional elevators, which are managed with an access card. By leveraging the comprehensive product line of Hainayun IoE, smart elevators integrate traditional access control measures such as access card, Bluetooth and fingerprints as well as new authorization methods including QR code and face recognition. Moreover, smart elevators interact with building access control systems, parking barrier gates, entrance gates, building intercom equipment etc. After passengers enter the interactive scenario, smart elevators will standby and wait for them.

As an independent attached system, Hainayun IoE Ecosystem can offer scientific detections without itself being subject to the elevator system failures.  

Other third-party IoEs in the market are mostly an imitation of built-in elevator detection systems. These IoEs simply install similar sensors to detect the motions of the elevator. The Hainayun IoE Ecosystem has forsaken this model, because the added sensors will interfere with the built-in sensors of the elevator and incur more maintenance costs. The elevator failure prediction technology in the Security Guard scenario is unique to the Hainayun IoE Ecosystem. With the support of the technology, the system monitors the operation curve of the elevator, detects and adapts parameters according to the actual status by digital modelling and self-adaptation. Security Guard also conducts data analysis, security analysis and needs analysis before producing an evaluation report of elevator safety. In the final step, according to other monitoring data, the system will provide a feasibility report that may integrate smart analysis and maintenance data in the future and create a technical solution for onsite maintenance staff to refer to.
