COMPAKS,
a RV brand in Weihai City, used to manufacture OEM RVs for Australian
RV dealers before the cooperation with Haier COSMOPlat. The OEM mode
has confined the enterprise to orders from dealers only. The dealers,
like a wall, have distanced the enterprise from the customers. More
importantly, most of the profits go to dealers instead of the
manufacturing enterprise.
At
first, COMPAKS approached Haier COSMOPlat for assistance in the
technical upgrade of the manufacturing line. After the deployment of
Haier COSMOPlat, the average production cycle has been reduced from
35 days to only 20 days, bringing the enterprise response time to a
higher level. Additionally,
the procurement module of Haier COSMOPlat brings down the price of
galvanized sheets, one of the main manufacturing materials for RV, by
12%, and the overall cost for module procurement by 7.3%.
Empowered by Haier COSMOPlat, COMPAKS reinvents the procedures and
achieves integrated development with an 63% increase in product
premium, 62% in order volume and a 7.3% decrease in procurement
costs.
At
the same time, COMPAKS, in collaboration of Sindar, an ecosystem RV
brand of Haier COSMOPlat, has become the first RV enterprise to
provide full-process customized services in smart RV and smart
mobility solutions. Customers can now enjoy comprehensive travelling
experiences including RVs, mobility, tourism and accommodation.
Haier
Smart Home solutions of the COSMOPlat ecosystem are deployed in the
RVs, and users can control all appliances on their mobile APP.
Centralized data management, interactive voice response and IoT
technologies constitute the Smart RV solution.
For
COMPAKS, most of the benefits come from the user interaction module
of Haier COSMOPlat. With this module, enterprises can now face the
needs of customers directly and customize products based on user
requirements. Since the orders are placed by users, the need of
