Smart Office is one of the default features of the smart park.Haier Hainayun Smart Office solutions have enabled personalization in the conference system. Park users can book a meeting room on the APP and will receive an SMS notification once the reservation is confirmed. Meeting attendees will automatically check in via facial recognition. IOC will also adjust the lighting in the meeting room according to the number of people and pre-set the interactive screen to standby status.

Security ensures the operation of the park.With Haier Hainayun Smart Security solutions, 54 facial and behavior recognition cameras are installed throughout the park. When somebody on the blacklist enter the park, the system will automatically sound an alarm. The movement of the person can be traced within 3 seconds. The system automatically analyzes strange behaviors and actively takes preventative measures to eliminate security incidents.

Energy conservation and green operation are two important indicators of the park development.Haier Hainayun has reduced energy consumption by over 30% by implementing Smart Lighting solutions. The solutions focus on the smart lighting management in the park by categorizing different lighting systems and enabling time section and scenario controls. On the Smart Lighting portal, real-time current, voltage, equipment alert information, number of operating lightings and status are all displayed for electricity data statistics, management and maintenance. The energy consumption is dramatically reduced by implementing multiple scenarios. For example, “lights on upon car arrival, lights off upon car departure” is enabled in the parking lot; human presence radars in the office and meeting rooms will detect the presence of people and automatically switch on or off air conditioners, lighting, and fresh air facilities.
