Recently, the Haier (Pakistan) Industrial Park received a letter from the Punjabi Industrial Administration,which conveyed President Mr. Asif Ali Zardari's concern for the development of the park. The story goes like this: On Sept. 22nd, when technicians from Haier Refrigerator Overseas Technical Support Center conducted training for the local after The president was very amiable when he saw the Haier employees, and asked in every detail about the construction of the Haier (Pakistan) Industrial Park in Punjab. Days later, the President Office sent a letter via the Punjabi Industrial Administration to convey the president's concern for the Haier (Pakistan) Industrial Park. The letter says, "We pay high regard to this largest appliances production base so far in Pakistan, and will give any and all support to its development at any time... Wish Haier greater success in Pakistan!"
