Haier Customer Service Center firstly certified by CCCS-OP
On March 7, 2006, Haier Customer Service Center was certified by CCCS-OP and honored with the 5-Star Customer Service Center Award by China CRM Committee. Reportedly, Haier is China's first home appliance maker certified by the organization for customer service in terms of telephone system.
Background: CCCS-OP (Customer Contact Center Standard-Operation) is the industrial directory standards adopted and promulgated by China Federation of IT Promotion (CFIP), the Ministry of Information Industry. The standard has incorporated advanced concepts and experiences of the international call centers in certification and management to meet actual development situation of China's industry.
