Worldwide standards for world-class enterprises Haier Group awarded China's fi.. To enhance the public awareness of large scale enterprise management standardization, the China central administration has launched the campaign, named Good Standardizing Practice, to promote standardization in domestic enterprises and designated some domestic companies for trial operation and Haier was one of these experimental enterprises. Not long ago, experts of the Standardization Administration of China assessed Haier's performance and achievement in implementation of the state-led standardization program. Haier played an active role in organizing and preparing China's standards and took part in preparation of some international standards and has been spoken highly of the outstanding performance. As a result, Haier was awarded China's first Good Standardizing Practice Certificate. The awarding ceremony was held on January 6, 2005 in the City Hall of Qingdao. Li Zhonghai, Directory of the Standardization Administration of China iterated that, Enterprises of Good Standardizing Practice are pioneers to link China's standardization and world advanced standards. The world standardization is the foundation of world-class brands. The Good Standardizing Practice is the basis for enterprises to comply with the world-class standards. Haier Vice President Liang Haishan attended the conference and delivered a speech on behalf of all the winners of the certificates.
