Vice Minister of the State Information Industry Ministry Qu Weizhi speaks highl.. Haier mobile phone drew attention of the public in China Mobile Phone and Net Technology Seminar, which was held in Beijing from August 23 to 25. Vice Minister of the State Information Industry Ministry Qu Weizhi visited Haier stand and spoke highly of the unique design of Haier mobile phone. He said that Haier possessed high technology and kept ahead in the manufacturing of domestic mobile phone.
