Winning First Award in Innovation Results of Enterprise Management Modernization Haier Human Resources Management Model Becomes Industry Learning Template

Recently, the review work on the 21st Innovation Results of National Enterprise Management Modernization was published, and the conference of National Review Committee finally confirmed 29 first awards in “Innovation Results of State-Level Enterprise Management Modernization”. Of which, the results of “Human Resources Management of Meeting and Parting as per Order under Networking Strategy” applied by Haier Group won the first award.
As per understanding, this review activity was cosponsored by China Enterprise Confederation, Enterprise Reform Bureau of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Department of Industrial Policy and the Department of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; and organized and developed by Review Committee on Innovation Results of National Enterprise Management Modernization. It aimed at boosting the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and promoting enterprise management innovation.
The review committee believes that the innovation results list released this time has embodied the development trend of Chinese enterprise management modernization at present. It not only remarkably improved the operation management level and market competition capability of results creation enterprises, but also provided referable successful experience for other enterprises, thereby offering real case for the research and teaching on Chinese enterprise management science.
