The First Asian Consumer Electronics Show (CES Asia 2015) was held in Shanghai on May 25th. Wang Ye, vice president & general manager of Advanced R&D from Haier Household Appliance Industry Group and Kirk Skaugen, senior vice president & general manager of the Client Computing Division from Intel, made speeches to announce that Intel had signed a strategic cooperative agreement with Haier Wireless, and both parties will carry out a series of cooperation based on the deployment of the wireless charging technology in more industries. Wireless charging solutions of both companies, which are based on the A4WP standard, assist the consumers in obtaining more outstanding charging experiences. Both parties will start deploy solutions in public service places such as restaurants, hotels, cafes and airports, from the second half of this year.

He described that Haier is currently in the strategic development stage of network, under the guidance of which, Haier has been sparing no efforts to develop the U+ intelligent life solution, and will bring real intelligence to thousands of households. Wireless charging is just a part of intelligent life. Haier will truly realize wireless transmission of data and energy on the U+ platform in the future.
