On Janary 23, Zhang Ruimin, CEO of Haier Group made a speech entitled To Explore to Create an Internet Enterprise. Mr. Zhang gave a systematic illustration of Haier’s endeavor of transformation to call for Haier’s staff to strengthen their confidence.

Mr. Zhang mentioned in his speech that strategy and organization are two important factors deciding enterprises’ growth; staff and users decide enterprises’ prosperity; salary is enterprises’ driving force while management can be represented by self-evolving of a corporation’s leading targets. Haier’s strategic target is to create a co-create and win-win eco-system centering round users; its organizational target is to become a node in the internet.
