On November 8th, Beijing played host to the China Meteorological Service Association’s “2016 Annual Meeting and Elite Award Ceremony”. Haier’s Tianzun intelligent air-conditioner won the “Best Product Award”, granted by the China Meteorological Service Association, becoming the only home appliance brand to win the award. The winner was determined using WeChat voting at the annual meeting, with tens of thousands of netizens participating in the voting and appraisal event via the online communication platform. In the end, the Haier Tianzun intelligent air-conditioner took the laurels with its excellent performance and ability to provide families with superior air-conditioning.
As early as 2014, the Haier intelligent air-conditioning ecosystem has enjoyed access to the China Meteorological Administration’s plentiful resources, extending its big data meteorological service scope from the public domain to individual homes and families. Haier has, together with the China Meteorological Administration, succeeded in plotting China’s indoor air quality map, and conducted indoor environment monitoring based on intelligent household appliances, realizing the real-time acquisition of meteorological information on home environments. Haier intelligent air-conditioning products can compare indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidity changes in real-time, then automatically adjusting cooling, heating, and humidity, not only improving user comfort, but also reducing the incidence of allergies and other environment-related conditions.
Haier’s “Good Air” application, when coupled with intelligent air-conditioners, can promptly push messages to users, and share meteorological data. In addition, while providing real-time information on the user’s location, Haier intelligent air-conditioners can precisely forecast future weather conditions and environmental information for limited areas where the user is located.
In recent years, Haier Air-conditioners have integrated expansive resources like those of the China Meteorological Administration into their intelligent air-conditioning ecosystem, while also constructing the only big data platform in the air-conditioning industry. At present, more than 40 billion entries have been collected, with over 10 million of those daily entries uploaded, making it possible to provide users with an uninterrupted intelligent environment. Only days ago, Haier’s intelligent and energy-efficient air-conditioning big data technology was certified by the academic and technical community at the technical appraisement meeting organized by the China National Light Industry Council – proving once again that the development has reached world-class levels.
