On November 17th, Thailand National Channel has produced and aired a special report about Haier, saying that Haier is an innovation representative of of Chinese brands. The report specially introduced products, services, and other contents of Haier central air-conditioning.
In recent years, Haier central air-conditioning has not only developed several model projects, but also vigorously carried out localized production and marketing in Thailand, with a view to constantly solidifying the core market of Southeast Asia, and extending “Created in China” to the economic region of the Belt and Road.
Early this year, Haier central air-conditioning won the bid for the energy conservation transformation project of the Hospital Affiliated to Khon Kaen University, and has customized a maglev centrifugal machine featured by saving 50% of energy for the Hospital based on the weather conditions of Thailand, and the department layout of the Hospital. Now the machine has been installed, and is expected to save power of 1.4 million kWh for the Hospital within a year.
According to the Thailand National Channel, the cloud intelligent platform developed by Haier central air-conditioning has exerted all-new user experience to the locals. “From R&D, order placement, production tracing, logistics, to after-sales service, Haier’s big data system, which contains the information of 146 million central air-conditioning users around the globe is used to monitor whether users’ machines are in normal service condition; when a problem occurs it will automatically notify local after-sales service team so that they can contact the user in the first time.”
The key to the success of Haier central air-conditioning in overseas markets is attributed to its “3-in-1” localization development strategy, i.e. implementing localized design, localized manufacturing, and localized sales. In Thailand, Haier central air-conditioning keeps improving its marketing and service via establishing local teams for quality and marketing, to setting up the 3-in-1(Technology, Spare Parts, Testing) Direct Service Center, with a view to realizing localized production and radiating to all countries in Southeast Asia in order to meet demands of local users and to consolidate the Asia-Pacific market. It is learnt that the cumulative growth rate of Haier central air-conditioning in Asia-Pacific region reached 50% from this year’s January to September.
