To expand the community laundry scenario and reach more user groups, AQUA Japan Laundromat, in coordination with ENEOS, the largest oil distributor in Japan, introduced the AQUA washing machine into the ‘ENEOS Laundry’ store.
With more than 10k gas stations in the local area, ENEOS is the first choice for many locals to refuel cars. When the user enters an ‘ENEOS Laundry’ and loads a washing machine, AQUA large-capacity washing machine can quickly wash and dry the large items.
With one drum for one user, users’ laundry can be washed separately, thus preventing cross infection. When the clothes are loaded, the user can go to a nearby gas station to fill up or wash the car, and then pick up the clothes after receiving a message indicating the laundry is done.
In Japan, more users prefer to go to community laundry shops equipped with high-capacity washing machines to save time and effort. Also, it can satify their needs of washing large clothing. This joint creation breaks the constraints of traditional laundry and brings new laundry scenario solutions to more local users. This time is the fifth store AQUA has opened with ENEOS Laundry, and new stores will be opened nationwide in the future.
The AQUA Laundromat, accounting for 70 percent of the Japanese market. It is expanding cooperation with industries like ENEOS, FamilyMart and P&G that are close to users' life, providing users with ease of laundry and life. Meanwhile, AQUA Laundromat also launched an advanced CLOUD IOT system to facilitate merchants to manage stores and users to search for stores, so as to enhance the user experience.
