In accordance with the relevant laws such as Information Technology Act 2000 and Right to Information Act 2005, we inform you that you are subject to a personal data processing whose characteristics are presented below.
Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred as Haier India ) collects some of your data in order to manage your requests relating to the repair of Haier products; to manage the potential difficulties relating to the use of the products and, more generally, to manage any request relating to the aftersales services.
This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract with Haier India to which you are party.
The personal data we process concern your identity and your contact details, the information about the purchased product(s), the information about your aftersales service request, as well as, if applicable, your bank details.
These data are transmitted to our internal services (aftersales, finance, logistics), to our affiliated entities within our global group of companies worldwide and authorized employee to provide you services as well as to our aftersales service partners (call center, repair company, transport company, insurance company, IT company).  
We keep these data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the given purpose for which your data is processed.
In accordance with the  relevant laws  and under the strict conditions specified by them, you have the right to object and to restriction to the processing as well as a right of access, rectification and erasure of your data.
These rights can be exercised by writing to our head office by post or by sending an e-mail to in.dp.officer@haierindia.com, it being said that this request must be accompanied by a copy of an identity document.
