Terms and Conditions

1.            This “Bersama di #HaierRaya” promotion (“Promotion”) shall run from 15^th April 2021 to 30^th June 2021 (“Promotion Period”) or while the stock of the Participating Models last, whichever is earlier.

2.            Haier Electrical Appliances Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Haier”) shall reserve the right to extend, shorten or discontinue the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.

3.            This Promotion shall be valid at Haier’s authorized retailers who are participating outlets only.

4.            Purchase any of the selected Participating Models during the Promotion Period to receive any of the corresponding free gift(s) or rebate.

5.            The free gift(s) for this promotion shall be on a “first come, first served” basis and while stocks last only.

6.            The free gift(s) are not redeemable for cash or in kind, not exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

7.            Haier reserve the right to change the free gift(s) with any other items during the Promotion Period as it deems fit.

8.            All pictures and/or images of the Participating Models and free gift(s) found in any advertising and marketing materials for this Promotion are for illustration purposes only and may be different from the actual product.

9.            Haier reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law.

10.          Haier shall not be liable to any participating parties or any third party for any costs, expenses, damages, liability and/or injury arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion.

11.          By participating in this Promotion, the consumer hereby expressly agrees to allow Haier Malaysia or its participating outlets to collect personal data and/or information disclosed during this Promotion Period for internal processing purposes.

12.          The terms and conditions of this Promotion, including any amendment, alteration or changes made by Haier thereafter, shall be valid and binding on all participating parties, which includes the participating outlets and the consumer.

13.          All the terms and conditions of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Standard Terms and Conditions

Haier x AEON Credit Collaboration Promotion Campaign

1.0 Promotion Period:

1.1 This nationwide Haier Electrical Appliances Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Haier”) and AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad (AEON Credit”) Raya collaboration and Delayed Initial Payment Promotion (“Promotion”) will commence from 15^th April 2021 to 30^th  June 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

2.0 Eligibility:

2.1 The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizen ONLY who have applied for AEON Credit’s Objective Finance Business (OFB) Scheme for the purchase of Haier consumer electrical products from the participating merchants in Malaysia (“Eligible Participant”).

3.0 Qualifying Condition:

3.1 To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Participant is required to submit the COMPLETED e-application form together with required supporting documents to the participating merchants.

3.2 Eligible Participant, whose application is approved within the Promotion Period, will be referred to as “Successful Applicant”.

3.3 The Promotion offers Delayed Initial Payment (“Offer”) to the Successful Applicant.

4.0 Campaign Mechanics

4.1 Delayed Initial Payment

·         Customer will be entitled for Delayed Initial Payment upon every approved Easy Payment application with minimum financing amount of RM500.

4.2 Extended Tenure 48-Months

·         Minimum financing amount of RM1,500.

4.3 Special Gifts

·         Eligible Participants whose financing applications are approved by AEON Credit within the Promotion Period, will further be entitled for complimentary gift as stipulated in the table below, on a first come first served basis and while stocks last.

·         The Successful Applicant may redeem the complimentary gift at the merchant’s store/outlet upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement.

4.4 Member price for AEON Member Plus cardholders

·         Cardholder shall present their AEON Member Plus card or virtual card to enjoy the discount up to RM300 for selected model of Haier products.

5.0 General Terms & Conditions:

5.1 The standard interest rate, penalty, early settlement rebate and other charges shall apply to all the products as documented in the Product Disclosure Sheet.

5.2 By participating in this Promotion, the Eligible Participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

5.3 This Promotion is not transferable to any third party, non-negotiable and non-exchangeable for cash, kind, in part or in full.

5.4 Haier reserves the right to reject any Participants without prior notice. The respective Eligible Gifts must be collected from Participating Retailer outlet only. The Eligible Gifts will not be replaced in the event that it is lost, damage and stolen after it has been collected by customer.

5.5 All Eligible Participant are bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and Haier reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend and/or terminate the Promotion or vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion without stating any reasons to the Eligible Participant.

5.6 Participation in this Promotion does not entitle the Eligible Participants to automatic approval of the financing amount and tenure upon application. The approval is subject to AEON Credit’s credit evaluation process.

5.7 Haier reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Promotion earlier in whole or in part, or to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, any such cancellation, termination or suspension by Haier shall not entitle the Eligible Participant to any claim or compensation against Haier for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Participant whether as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

5.8 Haier’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding. No further correspondence or attempts to dispute such decisions will be considered by Haier.

5.9 Haier will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by the Eligible Participant which may arise from this Promotion.

5.10 The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time and shall prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials.

5.11 The Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
