This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract with Haier Pakistan to which you are party. The personal data we process concern your identity and your contact details, the information about the purchased product(s), the information about your aftersales service request, as well as, if applicable, your bank details. These data are transmitted to our internal services (aftersales, finance, logistics), to our affiliated entities within our global group of companies worldwide and authorized employee to provide you services as well as to our aftersales service partners (call center, repair company, transport company, insurance company, IT company). We keep these data for no longer than reasonably necessary for the given purpose for which your data is processed. In accordance with the relevant laws and under the strict conditions specified by them, you have the right to object and to restriction to the processing as well as a right of access, rectification anderasure of your data.
